The rates are displayed including VAT. Tourist tax, governmental or local taxes may be charged in addition.
ARRIVAL TIME / DEPARTURE TIME
You are requested to arrive at our reception no earlier than the time indicated below.
On the day of your departure, you must vacate your room by the time indicated below. Failure to meet this deadline may result in an additional night being charged.
It is recommended that you use the "Comments or Additional Information" box on the reservation form to advise of your estimated arrival time, especially if it is late.

PAYMENT AND VALIDATION OF THE RESERVATION
In the box below, you will find the financial commitment that will be required to validate and guarantee your reservation.
Payments must be made with one of the cards below, through our secure web pages. Your credit card details will be encrypted with up to 128 bit SSL (Secured Socket Layer). Your credit card details can never be transmitted over the internet without being encrypted.

Any extras (bar, telephone, etc.) that are not explicitly included in the rates will be paid directly on site.

50% of the total amount without extras is debited at the time of booking.
Your account will be debited in EUR.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You will find in the box below the amount of the fees charged in case of cancellation.
A link to cancel your reservation will be included in your confirmation email. You can also cancel a reservation online by returning to the "Online Reservation" page at any time and clicking on the "Cancel Reservation" link. Then follow the instructions on your screen.
If your reservation includes a reservation fee, please note that it is non-refundable.
It is advisable to cancel as soon as possible once the cause for cancellation has occurred.
Cancellation fees
In case of cancellation, if you have paid online for all or part of the reservation, this amount will be refunded after deduction of the cancellation fee defined below.
Cancellation fee level by type for this date:
Free cancellation if cancelled up to 31 days before arrival.
30 days prior to arrival, 25% of the reservation is charged.
20 days prior to arrival, 50% of the reservation is charged.
7 days before arrival, 75% of the reservation is charged.
3 days before arrival, 90% of the reservation is charged.
In case of no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
Promotional offers are not eligible for any refund.
